Bill Vogel is showing South Korea some of Detroit’s “Seoul.”
Because he was recently selected by the nation’s main economic development agency to represent South Korean companies looking for real estate in Michigan, he was asked to carve out four or five hours of a recent Saturday to be interviewed by a television crew from theKorean Broadcasting System, the country’s national broadcast network, for a three-part documentary on manufacturing in America.
Vogel, principal and managing broker of Royal Oak-based Third Coast Commercial Real Estate, said he took the South Korean television crew around the greater downtown area, including the central business district, Midtown, the New Center area and along the Detroit River.
