Bill Vogel

Bill is the founding principal of Third Coast Commercial Real Estate. Prior to launching Third Coast in 2005, Bill worked in a variety of real estate finance positions of increasing skill and sophistication for both public and privately-held companies.

Bill is a licensed real estate broker in Michigan and Ohio and an active Full Member of the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Marylhurst University.

Bill is an expert in corporate real estate and tenant representation. He specializes in helping business clients solve their real estate needs involving office space, retail storefronts, and industrial facilities.

Walter Johnson has extensive experience in both corporate and municipal finance and has been instrumental in the public sale and private placement of in excess of one billion dollars of both secured and unsecured debt and equity. He has particular expertise in structured capital markets securities transactions including: The first public offering of corporate mortgage backed bonds; Development of the proprietary TARN® Financing Program; Execution of highly structured sale leaseback transactions; Underwriting of Industrial Revenue Bonds & other municipal securities.

Walter’s career in finance and capital market services has spanned 40-years of  management and ownership positions including: Corporate real estate finance & mortgage portfolio management at Kmart Corporation; Investment Banking services for corporate, municipal and institutional clients at Roney & Co.; Structuring & underwriting municipal securities at Michigan National Bank; Financial advisory and debt placement services with GLC Financial Services.
