Livonia, Michigan — Vogel Advisors is thrilled to announce the successful signing of a long-term lease on a large Class A warehouse space in Livonia. The brand new, 102,000 square foot space will serve as the Michigan distribution center for a well-known national coffee retailer.
The facility will include a custom-built “box-in-a-box” refrigerator unit that will maintain more than 30,000 square feet at 36 degrees Fahrenheit. It is anticipated that the facility will receive over 50 inbound and outbound trucks per day.
Bill Vogel, President of Vogel Advisors, represented the tenant in the deal. Shortly thereafter, he was named a Power Broker Award recipient for the second quarter of 2023 by CoStar Group, the industry leader in commercial real estate news data. CoStar noted the size and length of the lease as attributes that made Vogel’s work on this transaction among the best in the market.
