Plymouth Township, Michigan — Penske Truck Leasing has closed on two contiguous parcels of land totaling over 10 acres in Plymouth Township. The site, located on Schoolcraft Road at I-275, is set to become a new maintenance facility for the company’s fleet of owned and leased trucks.
Vogel Advisors was pleased to work with Penske to assemble the land parcels. The site, a portion of which was the longtime former home of a scrapyard, has received both special land use and site plan approval from the township’s planning board in unanimous votes. Construction is set to commence in mid-2024.
