Since 2005, Bill has served the clients as an expert in corporate real estate and tenant representation. He specializes in helping Vogel Advisors’ clients plan and execute their real estate strategies, both in Michigan and across the continental United States. Transactions have typically involved office space, industrial, manufacturing and logistics facilities, and retail.
Bill is the founder of Vogel Advisors and serves as the company’s Principal & Managing Broker. Prior to founding Vogel Advisors, Bill held a number of finance and lending roles in the banking industry, which sparked his passion for corporate & commercial real estate. He is a licensed Michigan real estate Associate Broker and participates in a variety of organizations across metro Detroit.
Highly active in the prestigious Detroit Economic Club, Bill is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, where he serves on the Planning Committee for the annual University of Michigan-Urban Land Institute Real Estate Forum; he also serves as an industry expert judge for the Forum’s Case Study Competition held annually at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Marylhurst University.
