Auburn Hills, Michigan — Stratus Building Solutions has renewed its office lease in Auburn Hills and doubled its square footage after engaging Vogel Advisors as its tenant representative for the second consecutive time. Although the assignment started out as a straightforward lease renewal, a strategic planning session with Stratus’ senior leadership uncovered some growth potential within the local business unit. Vogel approached the landlord – who also happened to occupy the neighboring space – and the landlord agreed to relinquish additional space in exchange for a long-term lease extension. This effectively doubled the size of the Stratus office and launched a significant growth opportunity for the local operation.
