Stratus Building Solutions is Primed for Growth With Successful Lease Renewal

Auburn Hills, Michigan — Stratus Building Solutions has renewed its office lease in Auburn Hills and doubled its square footage after engaging Vogel Advisors as its tenant representative for the second consecutive time. Bill Vogel, President of Vogel Advisors, led the negotiating effort on behalf of the tenant.

Although the assignment started out as a straightforward lease renewal, a strategic planning session with Stratus’ senior leadership uncovered some growth potential within the local business unit. Vogel approached the landlord – who also happened to occupy the neighboring space – and the landlord agreed to relinquish additional space in exchange for a long-term lease extension. This effectively doubled the size of the Stratus office and launched a significant growth opportunity for the local operation.

Stratus Building Solutions has been providing eco-friendly janitorial services to commercial tenants and building owners since 2004. More information about the company can be found on their website at
