Vogel Advisors is pleased to announce that the firm recently brokered the sale of the commercial land at 9345 Highland Road in White Lake Township. The seller was the estate of a private client. The approximately five acre parcel is soon to be a new location for a regional car wash brand as a part of that company’s expansion into the Michigan market.
The site was one of the last parcels of vacant land on a heavily trafficked stretch of Highland Road. As a result, the car wash operation is expected to perform well and be a welcome addition to the White Lake community.
